A space for women to take time off their devices and begin to reconnect with themselves again.
So much time is spent online, women can often feel isolated in their lives even if they are part of online communities. It can become difficult to know how we are really feeling when so much time is spent engaged in social media. Many people say they don’t want to spend so much time on their phones, but because they crave connection they spend time scrolling. This may then spiral into people feeling alone.
This circle is a space for real people, in person conversation without needing to worry about likes and views. Time to check in with how you are honestly feeling physically and emotionally.
This is for women who have had enough of living through their phones and actually want to live life.
You will be able to sit in circle honouring the New Moon and set intentions for the next cycle ahead in a calm and grounding space. Allowing yourself time and space to reflect on how you might want the rest of your summer to be.
Claire will guide you to connect back in to the sensations of your body through breath and meditation.
Lou from Louminosity will create a Sound Bath in order for you to let go of any tension you are carrying and bring the body back to calm and ease.
Reiki healing will be available for those who would like to opt in.
There will be time to socialise with other women while choosing from a selection of refreshing cordial, herbal tea and a treat to refresh and reenergise you.
Leave feeling relaxed, connected back to your own body and connected with others.
Claire and Lou are both trained Sacred Circle Facilitators, understanding the importance of guiding with care and confidentiality.
Bring a notebook and pen, everything else provided for your comfort.
