All services including classes, treatments and events  must be paid for at the time of booking.

All payments are final and non-refundable.The only exception is the case of cancellation by Claire Francesca Wellness in which a full refund would be issued.

Treatments/Classes/ may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice subject to availability.

Any booking cancelled within 48 hours or in the case of a no show cannot be rescheduled and no refunds will be given.

In certain circumstances such as injury or emergency situations, I may at discretion offer a rescheduling but I am not obligated to provide a refund.

If you are currently experiencing any health issues, either physical, mental or emotional, please check with your doctor that a class/treatment/event is suitable for you to participate in.

I have checked with my health provider that the session I am booking is suitable for me.

I have declared all health issues including physical, mental and emotional.

I understand any session with Claire Francesca Wellness is not a replacement for conventional health treatment.

I honour confidentiality in treatments, classes, circles and events.
