MIdlife is often the time where time seems to speed up as we navigate work, children growing up, hormonal changes and the constant to do list.
This mini retreat will allow you to step out of the holiday season and call back your energy to refocus on your own needs.
You will leave with refreshed energy, a calm mind and a clear plan of what you want for the coming year. Of what you will say no and what you will say yes to.
Beginning with calming breathwork, moving through a balancing Yogalates practice, Meditation, Reiki, and creating a Vision Board for 2027. Herbal tea and essential snacks included, all materials provided. Please just bring a blanket so you are warm and cosy for a laying down Meditation.
